I rarely give reviews but this dealership is outstanding. They are always so friendly and helpful. Today I had a situation with my Cadillac I was hoping they could help me. Even though they were quite busy and I didn’t have an appointment, the manager I spoke with (I think his name is Mike) immediately stopped what he was doing and took the time to help me and resolve the problem. The dealership itself is friendly and communicated well with us. We are DEEPLY disappointed with Chevrolet as a whole. We will not hold the dealership accountable for Chevrolet's failure to act on the obvious recall worthy issue with the torque convertors (see class action suit regarding this). A fairly new truck with low mileage should NOT need a new transmission to the tune of nearly $7,000. Offering us a 10% discount on a repair that should be a full recall is unconscionable. Chevrolet Corporation has undone GENERATIONS of brand loyalty with this grievous inaction. The dealership, and Mike specifically, were helpful ...

Kenny DeSantis was extremely helpful in the purchase of my 2023 Trailblazer. Only took a couple hours for him to find the perfect car at an awesome price, sign all the papers, go over the car and the agreement and went home with it that night. My experience here is always amazing. The service is always quick and the facility is extremely clean and well kept, it is very nice. All the people I have interacted with are very friendly. I personally love getting my car serviced here. I choose to drive over 20 minutes to this dealership versus the other one a few minutes away from me.

This is the third Chevy dealership I have taken my 2019 Chevy Bolt to for a recall. At one dealership they kept my car all day and had to give me a rental (this happened twice)-they refused to give me a start time and finish time so I could just drop my car off. At the other dealership they were very accommodating but they did not wash my car either time they had it and it was the dealership where I bought my car and I never had the complimentary wash they offer new car buyers as they are located ...

I came in for a service and the staff was super friendly and helpful! Everything was explained along with recommendations moving forward. The waiting room was very clean and had a nice selection of drinks and small snacks for people waiting on their cars.

Great place to buy your next car. My salesman Rick is great, bought my last two cars from him. The service department is exceptional. Your appointment time is respected. They either have you in and out or provide a loaner for longer issues. They washed AND DRIED my car today and a garage tech, Paul, washed my mats too. He really went above and beyond. Everyone I've dealt with here is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I was about 10 minutes late for an appointment to get my truck in for a "check engine" light. They made nothing of that, and went right to work on it. There was a part that needed replaced. They had it fixed under warranty by noon. They were professional and quick.

I took my 2015 Cruze in for an oils change, filter, and tire rotation. They called me when It was ready. When I got there to pick up the car, I saw that it was cleaned and had a bottle of water in the cup holder. They aired up the tires, topped of all the fluids, and did an inspection. Everyone from the service advisor to the cashier was kind and respectful and seemed to value my business and me as a customer. I kept losing air in one of my tires. I was able to take my car in without an appointment and they diagnosed and repaired the tire in a relatively short amount of time.

I’m blown away! The service center at Columbiana Cadillac is incredible! I worked with Clay who was amazing but got to interact with several other employees and the were all absolutely wonderful. I went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond! The oil change included a tire rotation and car wash. They also checked over everything and found a leak in my tire. They even fixed it for free since since it wasn’t something I was expecting. When I got to my car, I was surprised with a nice bottle of ice cold water ...

Excellent service! My computer in my 2019 Silverado was malfunctioning. The service department immediately ordered a new one. A few days later they replaced the old one within an hour. Wow! I was impressed. I also wasn't expecting a buff and shine car wash. My truck looked new again as it did when I purchased it from Jeff Huff. Fast service. Car is always cleaner when I leave than when I brought it in. I love the cold bottle of water waiting for me in my cup holder. Top notch service. My only complaint is that the customer lounge TV always has CNN on.
