Advertise financing for 99 percent of customers only to pull credit from the same financial companies that every dealer does was denied credit basically nothing special in financing same as all the rest.

Was able to get the car I wanted soon as it hit the lot that day.

I rarely give reviews but this dealership is outstanding. They are always so friendly and helpful. Today I had a situation with my Cadillac I was hoping they could help me. Even though they were quite busy and I didn’t have an appointment, the manager I spoke with (I think his name is Mike) immediately stopped what he was doing and took the time to help me and resolve the problem. The dealership itself is friendly and communicated well with us. We are DEEPLY disappointed with Chevrolet as a whole. We will not hold the dealership accountable for Chevrolet's failure to act on the obvious recall worthy issue with the torque convertors (see class action suit regarding this). A fairly new truck with low mileage should NOT need a new transmission to the tune of nearly $7,000. Offering us a 10% discount on a repair that should be a full recall is unconscionable. Chevrolet Corporation has undone GENERATIONS of brand loyalty with this grievous inaction. The dealership, and Mike specifically, were helpful inasmuch as they could be and we do not harbor any ill will toward them specifically. We do, however, have no use for Chevrolet Corporate as a whole.
